Prohibition Against Misuse\u003cbr\u003eThis membership cannot be used for any illegal, fraudulent, or unethical activity.\u003cbr\u003eMembers are strictly prohibited from using LDFK's name, brand, or benefits for:\u003cbr\u003ePersonal commercial gain\u003cbr\u003eMisleading others or conducting scams.\u003cbr\u003eAny criminal or anti-social behavior\u003cbr\u003e3. Non-Transferability.\u003cbr\u003eMembership is non-transferable. Only the registered individual is entitled to enjoy the benefits.\u003cbr\u003e4. Personal Benefit \u0026amp; Conflict of Interest\u003cbr\u003eNo member shall use LDFK resources or brand identity to gain personal profit or promote a rival interest at the expense of LDFK's reputation or financial standing.\u003cbr\u003eAny such act will result in immediate termination of membership and legal action, if required.\u003cbr\u003e5. Usage of Services\u003cbr\u003eServices such as roadside assistance, carnet-de-passages, insurance perks, legal assistance,\u003cbr\u003eetc., are extended in good faith for genuine use only.\u003cbr\u003eMisrepresentation or submission of false documents\/information for availing services will\u003cbr\u003eresult in a ban and possible legal consequences.\u003cbr\u003e6. Confidentiality\u003cbr\u003eMembers must not share internal communication, including route plans, event links, exclusive discounts, and other member-only content, with non-members or third parties.\u003cbr\u003e7. Safety and Legal Compliance\u003cbr\u003eMembers must follow traffic rules, carry valid driving documents, and ensure vehicle safety during all drives.\u003cbr\u003eLDFK is not liable for any legal or financial consequences due to individual negligence or law violations.\u003cbr\u003e8. Membership Termination\u003cbr\u003eLDFK reserves the right to revoke membership without refund if a member:\u003cbr\u003eViolates the terms mentioned above\u003cbr\u003eDamages the reputation or safety of the community\u003cbr\u003eEngages in any behavior deemed unfit by the LDFK Admin Panel\u003cbr\u003e9. Liability Clause\u003cbr\u003eLDFK shall not be held responsible for any loss, injury, accident, or legal issue faced by members during drives unless caused due to proven organizational negligence.\u003cbr\u003e10.
