LDFK CLUB MEMBERSHIP RULES & REGULATIONS / TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. General Code of Conduct
Members must uphold the integrity, values, and vision of the Long Drive From Kolkata (LDFK)
community.
Members are expected to act respectfully and responsibly during all events, online discussions, and group tours.
2. Prohibition Against Misuse
This membership cannot be used for any illegal, fraudulent, or unethical activity.
Members are strictly prohibited from using LDFK's name, brand, or benefits for:
Personal commercial gain
Misleading others or conducting scams.
Any criminal or anti-social behavior
3. Non-Transferability.
Membership is non-transferable. Only the registered individual is entitled to enjoy the benefits.
4. Personal Benefit & Conflict of Interest
No member shall use LDFK resources or brand identity to gain personal profit or promote a rival interest at the expense of LDFK's reputation or financial standing.
Any such act will result in immediate termination of membership and legal action, if required.
5. Usage of Services
Services such as roadside assistance, carnet-de-passages, insurance perks, legal assistance,
etc., are extended in good faith for genuine use only.
Misrepresentation or submission of false documents/information for availing services will
result in a ban and possible legal consequences.
6. Confidentiality
Members must not share internal communication, including route plans, event links, exclusive discounts, and other member-only content, with non-members or third parties.
7. Safety and Legal Compliance
Members must follow traffic rules, carry valid driving documents, and ensure vehicle safety during all drives.
LDFK is not liable for any legal or financial consequences due to individual negligence or law violations.
8. Membership Termination
LDFK reserves the right to revoke membership without refund if a member:
Violates the terms mentioned above
Damages the reputation or safety of the community
Engages in any behavior deemed unfit by the LDFK Admin Panel
9. Liability Clause
LDFK shall not be held responsible for any loss, injury, accident, or legal issue faced by members during drives unless caused due to proven organizational negligence.
10. Final Authority
All decisions regarding membership approval, denial, revocation, or disputes will be made solely by the LDFK Core Committee, and their decision will be final and binding.
